How to Price Match
In order to get you a price match, it is very important that we have all of the data that is required by the tour operator.

To get started, click 'Show Details' on your screen for both your flight and hotel.

What's Required?

  1. Website Name - It is important to include the webaddress in your screen shot
  2. Date and time stamp - Generally located in the lower right-hand corner on a Windows screen or upper right-hand corner on Macs
  3. Flight dates - Be sure to include both the outbound and return flight dates
  4. Flight class of service - This is very important - The class of service is indicated by a letter (in our example to the left, the outbound is booked in S class and the return is in Q class).
  5. Hotel Dates - be sure to include the dates for the hotel stay
  6. Hotel Room Category - Junior Suite? Ocean View? Tropical View? This is important information!
  7. The number of airline tickets quoted - Does your quote include air for 2 adults? Maybe 1 adult and 1 child? This can effect the price. **Important** If you're traveling with children, you will want to use the child's age AT TIME OF TRAVEL
  8. Package total - Be sure to include the total package price in your screen shot
